  • What options do I have for a new roof?

  • Do you offer financing to cover the cost of home improvements?

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Our roofing company is licensed and bonded in every county and/or city in NW Indiana, Michiana, and SW Michigan. We are fully insured against any damages that might occur during construction and to cover our employees while they are working on your project.

  • Can I repair the roof myself?

While some small jobs can be tackled by DIY homeowners, major work or a roof replacement is a pretty complex process that requires training and thus should be left to a professional roofing company. Professional contractors go through training and certification by the manufacturer of the materials in order to obtain an extended manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer won’t offer, or void, the warranty if the roof is repaired by a person who is not trained by the manufacturer.

  • Does the wood beneath my shingles need to be replaced?

If the wood beneath your shingles shows signs of water damage, it will need to be replaced, as well. Our professional estimators will do a thorough inspection of the roof at the time of your quote, but it is possible that damaged wood will be visible only after the existing shingles are removed by our roofing company.
